bible study

October 1, 2002 – 4:54 pm

I go to a bible study at the church on Tuesday nights. It’s kind of neat. We start out with everyone in the sanctuary for a couple of songs and prayer requests and such. Then we split up with the men going to a different room and the ladies staying in the sanctuary. The ladies are doing a study on the book of James and we men are studying the book of Romans. Romans is supposed to be a really in depth book and the pastor, who is teaching the class, says he’s going to use it to teach us how to understand our faith and explain it to and share it with others. I’m really looking forward to learning more. There are some really neat guys in the class and I love listening to them share their wisdom and experiences.

In other news:
I got an email back from Maxtor regarding my failing hard drive. They said to send them the information on my drive so they can issue an RMA and I can send them the faulty drive and get it replaced. That means I have to pull the hard drive out, install the new one I bought and reload Windows and all my programs. Serious pain in the rear. I hope I can get all that, or at least most of it, done before The West Wing comes on.
